When you need this form

Thermostatic mixing valves protect people from scalding in showers, basins and baths across health, aged care, schools and public buildings. They need servicing and testing on a set frequency, valve by valve, with temperatures and thermal shutdown results captured. Water safety plans depend on that data, and auditors and insurers usually ask for the valve register before anything else.

One missing valve on a paper run sheet is a hole in the whole register. Recorded live, each valve carries its own entry: asset number, location, measured temperatures, pass or fail, parts fitted and the technician's licence details. Failures raise a work order immediately instead of surfacing at the next annual audit.
