When you need this form
Guards see problems before they become incidents. A propped fire door, a failed camera, a blown light over the car park, an aggressive patron who walked away, a torn fence line on a night patrol. Capturing these as they are spotted is how a security operation shows the client it is managing risk rather than only reporting damage after the fact.
