When you need this form
Regular safety walks are the backbone of a construction site's WHS system. Weekly inspections, pre-start checks after a design change, and targeted walks when a principal contractor flags a defect all need a written result. Scaffolding, edge protection, electrical leads, housekeeping and plant exclusion zones are the usual failure points, and each one needs an owner and a due date once it is raised.
