When you need this form
Night and weekend cleaning changes the risk picture: empty buildings, reduced lighting, lifts on restricted service, no first aider nearby and no one to notice a fall. A SWMS sets out those hazards, the controls, the consultation with the crew and the authorisation to proceed.
